Rude, nosy, dont know where to draw the line of professional and personal!! Carlos especially! They think they can talk to people however they want and get no backlash about it! But play victim when you have to check them on it.

General manager DALE, and CARLOS are very rude and unprofessional the Shacorri girl is a liar also, they’ve been taking more than what I owe and never have a contract to show me when I make it inside the store every person in there is rude and unprofessional it’s almost like they don’t care about the customer or they experience they’re only there for a paycheck… DALE is the main one and he’s supposedly a general manager, he/them hangs up in your face and they like to argue with you!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS AARONS THEY ARE THE WORSE. They don’t know what customer service is AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!! I wish I can take my one star back 0/10 don’t recommend.

No stars. Don't tell me you can work with me and then don't work with me. Bad business here never again. Don't tell me you have something in place that just in case if u fall into a financial situation that you will work with me and then don't work with me. Bad business Very Bad. Don't come under this message talking about you sorry I wasn't satisfied I don't want to hear that shit. Zero Star bad business. They forced me to put 1 star or I wouldn't have put no stars that's the only way I could post this message.

Markela and Mario were absolute gems! I was so indecisive and being a huge pain. They told me I wasn't though. They were patient and very understanding and helped me get the items I need even when they didn't have it. Thank you 2 so much.

I’m on my third purchase from them. First I purchased a washer and dryer set, then a dresser set and now I’m on my next item! They really do give you a second chance if you need merchandise but cannot but it outright. Thank you Aaron’s & Thank you to the manager Dale!
