Aside from that, I've notice bed bugs on the sofa. I reported it to the store a d they were prompt in getting it to the insurance company. The insurance has not properly followed up etc. I literally found 1 last night and I'm sad because I liked this set. In hoping things will get better ASAP.
The lady that greeted me was very nice and helpful, and the manager that completed my order was too. I was finished and out the door in a very timely manner, satisfied with everything. I will continue to tell people about the Covington location. Very nice people.
