This store has went down hill since Deana Left, they have unprofessional ppl who work here, communication is wack, very Unprofessional how they call you! Needless to say I’ll be returning my items and go elsewhere Never again will I do business with this store

Initially everything was OK. My order came on time. The store manager has been very nice and professional. However, I've called several times about my furniture being delivered broken. Aside from that, I've notice bed bugs on the sofa. I reported it to the store a d they were prompt in getting it to the insurance company. The insurance has not properly followed up etc. I literally found 1 last night and I'm sad because I liked this set. In hoping things will get better ASAP.

The lady that greeted me was very nice and helpful, and the manager that completed my order was too. I was finished and out the door in a very timely manner, satisfied with everything. I will continue to tell people about the Covington location. Very nice people.
