Do not buy from them if you want someone to think your stealing from them. My auto pay did not come out on the 12th due to my account issue the next day I saw a note on my door stating that I need to call but I already spoke to them the day it happened. Then talk to this lady that was in the collection department which Sherry was so rude. And loud she speaking to me loud so I had to match her attitude, back. It makes no sense why I only owed not even 1day but your sending someone to my door like am a thief. They need to come get there stuff.
Horrible, rude experience from dealing with Sherry over the phone prior to a delivery. Bought and paid in full several times over tge last few years. And because of this negative rude employee I won’t be back
I got insurance on my bed and they don’t wanna do anything about it it has a rip in the felt when we took the plastic off and they said it was in good condition when they delivered it plus the cheap wood already broke after two months and they don’t wanna do anything so this is my first and last time with Aaron’s don’t get insurance it’s a waste of money
My payment is set up to be biweekly. I have never been late or had any issues. This is my first time renting through this company. My third party bank card got stolen 2 days prior to my payment being due. Called in to inform the representatives about the issue and that the bank was issuing me another card which would take 7-10 business days. Let them representatives knew I would pay my biweekly payment or a late charge if needed when the card comes next week. Instead the representatives informed me that my payment would automatically change to a monthly payment which is higher than my normal & I let them know I was unable to pay that payment due to my account being set up that way for other bills. Representatives informed me there’s nothing they could do to keep it on a biweekly payment & I would need to may the monthly or they would pick up my items. Representative also showed no sense of concern and stated firmly it had to be paid or else. I think this is very disappointing and disrespectful of the company brand due to the fact that it’s not my fault my card was stolen & they are forcing me to give them a huger payment I wouldn’t have. The company should set up fees for purposes as this like late charges in place! Customer shouldn’t be obligated to pay a monthly rate from biweekly due to their card being stolen. If I had a regular bank card it would be different but I bank through a third party bank and can’t pull money out. Overall, the experience on the phone was disappointing. The company didn’t care.
Customer service was of no help. 15 minutes on hold for a dryer, only to find out they didn't even know if it worked! Then Manager changed it to it was apart of a set and they didn't wanna separate.🤦🏼♀️ More organization please and professionalism.
