First off... Shout out to Stephanie!!! She is literally tye best and goes above and beyond to help whoever she can with whatever she can!! Doug and Austin are the go to people if ya want looking to buy something. They'll do everything they can to make sure you get what you want the way you want it!!!

The people are so kind! Found the exact couch I had been looking for. I’m not in the area they usually deliver to but since my town doesn’t have many options, they went out of their way to deliver it to me! So kind. Will definitely be using them more! Also, in love with my couch! It’s exactly what I thought it would be. 🫶🏻🎉

Made my first two purchases with Rent-A-Center and my last two purchases with Rent-A-Center my first purchase I asked to have picked up at the same time as the second purchase that had to be picked up from the store. The first purchase was not listed as out of missing, but had three items missing and was advertised having six items with it. They waited till we came to pick up did not call or anything after the order has been placed for days and say items are missing and still wanted $300 almost for the items. Then the other item the person I had sent up did not really know to look over the item really that well and just grabbed it from them which was a PC for gaming upon my inspection the person who actually bought the item in the bottom of it and the import of the PC you could see roach debris as well as roach body laying inside the PC. This was totally unacceptable and will be my last time ever purchasing from this company. Whether it was listed as fair, great good or perfect condition they should’ve been absolutely no reason it was in this horrible condition and had this much circuitry damage and stuff that could’ve caused a potential fire hazard. Especially the price tag being 1285!!! Was returned today and they just said “ok” when they were told why we didn’t want the computer.

Only giving 1 star because I have to put something. Doug has been great but Ashley and Stephanie are completely unprofessional and rude. I had a pickup scheduled with them for a specific day due to going to a competitor. I advised them it needed to be gone by Wednesday. That was all great until today when they completely switched up and changed everything agreed upon just to make themselves look better with corporate or whatever. And as far as calling corporate, I did and was told I would receive a follow up call in 24-48 business hours. I should have received a call already but they have even failed on that part. I would highly not recommend this place.
