I applied online and then went in store to find out how long it would take and not once did the sales manager tell me I needed to bring in further documentation or anything of that nature told me I would need to wait for approval

We have had the best experience with Aaron Rents in Chatsworth. Tammy has been so wonderful to work with in all phases of rental from the beginning. She is personable, knowledgeable, professional and kind. Cannot say enough high praise for Tammy and her business!

The sales manager David was amazing and helped with all my needs fast and efficiently. Then, when the delivery drivers Scott and Tim came out, they got all the product in my house quick fast and safe without any dings or dents on any of my walls or my appliances, and furniture have the best customer service. I have seen around Chatsworth in a long time.

This place was the most professional place I’ve ever been in my life and never have I ever been to rent a rental place anywhere that I have felt like I was a real person I was so comfortable I was so it is and I didn’t take the 1015 minutes off went to the app and see how much I was approved for and I mean like that my stuff was ready I was showed how to use it told about the different Insurance and stuff and was on my way thanks Tammy for helping me out
