To Whom It May Concern, This correspondence serves as a formal complaint and notice of harassment regarding the conduct of your office and one of your representatives. I have contacted your office twice to update my automatic payment information, and on both occasions, your staff failed to properly process the update. This administrative failure directly resulted in an extremely unprofessional and distressing encounter at my home. On Saturday October 11th a male individual representing your company arrived at my residence without prior notice, demanding payment, refusing to leave when instructed, and attempting to intimidate me. His conduct was aggressive, harassing, and entirely unacceptable. This behavior constitutes harassment, intimidation, and trespassing under Georgia law. Let this serve as official notice that this individual, or any other employee or representative of your company, is not to return to my home under any circumstances. Any future uninvited visits or similar conduct will result in immediate notification of law enforcement and the filing of formal charges for stalking and harassment. Furthermore, I will not tolerate being spoken to in a disrespectful or threatening manner. All future communication must be conducted by phone or in writing only. My phone number is on file and available for any necessary contact. Your office’s repeated failure to perform its duties correctly has caused unnecessary distress and inconvenience. This negligence must be corrected immediately to prevent any further issues. Do not allow this situation to occur again. Please provide written confirmation that my payment information has been properly updated, and that your staff has been instructed not to visit my residence again. Given this experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this location or its services to others.
We love the Cedartown rent-a-center. We have made 4 purchases from here and every time it’s like buying from family. Ron is always there to help no matter the issue you have. Me and Adam will be customers for life!!
My online experience was great, however the store manager at the store was rude. Not only was he rude but he denied me service. Y’all have lost a customer due to Ron at Cedartown rent a center.
The staff at the Cedartown location is very friendly, respectful and answer all my questions. If they can't they will ask Ron which is the store manager for his assistance in order to get the answer. Melissa and Ron goes above and beyond helping me with the products i need to purchase. I want to Thank them a d there staff for doing a great Job in the store and helping me and other customers out.
This store is a joke! The manager Lacole or nicole whatever it is today, is completely unprofessional. We got a washer and dryer from them on December 8th... never missed a payment, maybe doubled up on weeks we've been cutting it close but never missed not one payment... yesterday morning we get woken up by an alert from the phone telling us that rent a center has tried to run our debit card for a transaction without our consent. When I called and spoke to Beth, she claims she thought she'd had permission to do that every Saturday morning... [we've only paid with debit once and that's because my wife was at work and I had too. I usually pay with cash], I asked Beth why did she think that was ok, we've never told them to do that? She thought that's what we wanted without us ever discussing this, and I've never signed anything for auto draft. So not only do we get hit with over draft fees because our checks haven't cleared the bank yet, but now that we said something to them it's a issue for us to pay our payments bi-weekly now.. imagine that🤷♀️ I told them to come get their appliances, it's not like we've had to replace them both once each since December because their equipment is always tore up. I'd rather spend my money wisely and with better quality of people! Watch your account guys.. got proof to back this long comment up.
