They ok to shop with, but if purchasing a table set make sure it is well put together! They giving me the run around about a chair replacement, when I’m actually being so nice about the whole thing. The table plus interest is not cheap. It’s cute but, you can’t sit comfortably without worrying about busting your behind! It’s actually all my chairs but my biggest thing is with on that the back part was broken when they delivered it to my house!! I’ve spoken with the manager there twice who claimed the chair would be back months ago! I’m just not about to keep paying! I’m almost done paying for it… I’m very disappointed, and they have the nerve to knock on your door 2-3 times a day! 😡 I’m not paying another dime unless I get a refund or another table set! I honestly don’t even care to talk to nobody else there!

It was a smooth process. All questions was answered, CSR had a great attitude, he helped me set up my account & got me exactly what I wanted. Will be doing more business with RAC in the future.

Just bought a brand new washer today !! Ms. LaToya and the very nice manager treated us so nice!!! We are now the proud owners of a brand new Maytag Washer!!! Great customer service!!! Thanks SO MUCH!!!
