Non professionals working here. Management needs to be reevaluated. They answer the phones untrained/ unprofessional. I ordered a bed and refrigerator. The bed was never delivered, but the system falsely shows it as “Delivered.” I was pressured to sign up for EZ Pay to receive delivery, which is not company policy, and the same tactic was attempted again for the undelivered bed. This is misrepresentation, coercion, and failure to deliver. I will not recommend this store until these issues are corrected.

Receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. No one seems to know how to give full information and details on orders. Completely unprofessional establishment.

The staff at Aaron's is great. Anytime I need something all I have to do is call the store and speak with Travis and he gets me taken care of. I will continue to do business with this location

They give u a run around on pay out. When you call them they give you one amount, then you go online to pay your bill the options are there with a completely different amount but your not allowed to do payout online so you call them back and they have changed there amount again. It's very unprofessional. They shouldn't have options online if they don't work and you can't use them. And they also should not give you a different amount every time you call them
