Not sure what happened to JD, he was the best; but Whoever the manager is at this location needs to be fired. He is the most arrogant, ignorant, inconsiderate & incompetent person I’ve ever spoken to. He does not give a crap about his customers instead it’s all about the money. My daughter was in ICU for two weeks fighting for her life at 11 years old and he told me he didn’t care about her or anything else all he cared about was the payment. You reap what you sow because God doesn’t like ugly, especially when you have no compassion for one of his children. My children are my world and come before anything. I have documentation and everything proving my daughter almost died & was on a ventilator and everything with heart & respiratory failure. You cannot work in a business, dealing with customers and have no customer service experience or compassionate attitude at all. No wonder this store has such horrible reviews and 2.9 stars. Whoever runs this company needs to hire better people and train them because this is really pathetic. If it weren’t for customers, this place wouldn’t even be in business.
JD and Chad were amazing from the first step! Very responsive and Chad handled all my items with care and very fast delivery! Amazing customer service
Editing to answer their response: I made a call to corporate at the number listed below on Thursday before they responded and I was promised a call from their district manager within 48 hours which has not happened! The worst possible customer service!!! This location has the worst possible customer service that can be provided. They constantly harass the customer and refuse to remove optional packages such as the benefits plus. They raise there voice to the customers on the phone when called out on the harassment and even sent a text message to me stating to schedule a return of my items whether paid or not. No wonder they have a massive law suit against them as a whole company and honestly they need shut down.
Automated message from the same company said I would receive my delivery at a set date and time. Now the store owner, or whoever JD is, completely did a 180 on me now I would have to wait 2 weeks for a purchase that the promo on the website promised me. I absolutely HATE being inconvenienced. I expect a rental company to honor their words. Glad they lost my business. Edit: as of 12/27/2024, they just now cancelled my agreement after promising to cancel it the day of initial issue. Glad the Solution Hotline helped, but don't trust these guys, that would've been money coming out of my account for nothing.
I am pleased to say all of my experiences here at this store have been great. I purchased a nice home Laptop computer. I bought a tablet also. Next will be a nice furniture set. If you need a great payment plan they will work with you. The manager Danny is extremely knowledgeable and i appreciate his willingness to answer all of our questions.
