First, they charged me for furniture I didn't even have. They called me repeatedly for a month hounding me for payments on the furniture I didn't have... Then, they called me multiple times a day after I told them that I canceled my check card due to debt card fraud, and I'd call them once I received the new card in a few days, but they kept calling. Mind you it's only been a few days since my payment was due... Also, they started calling my work number too. I told them to stop but they called it anyways which is against the law... Talking about harassment! They are the rudest people you'll ever meet even when they're at FAULT!

They called me three times this month,I signed up for EZ pay when I first got my laptop in November I paid 200 something dollars for it then December came along it took the money out of my account and the website said I completed the payment. They called me that week and said it was declined when it was not so they had some one else call me that Monday to say they had my payment and everything was fine. Then they call me twice today to say I still owe them money. I don’t know what the problem is but I’m about get to the point where I return the laptop and be done with it.

My name is Cody, I recently came into there looking for a jbl sound bar, well I saw the Xbox series x and decided to pull the trigger since it was the last one. Got home way late that night and went to set it up and it would not work I was pretty heated so I called ms Lena who sold it to me and told me to bring it back for them to check it out. System still didn’t work( brand new) she got me a brand new one the absolute next day. She is the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with there and I’ve been coming in and out for 6 years. Ms Lena thank you for everything and I hope you get a great raise and position. Keep up the amazing work!

Since purchasing a W/D back in July 2019 I felt that the representative of sales wasn’t clear on when I will start paying on my item I purchased. I have been with Aaron Sales & Rental since I lived in Augusta, GA. They sat me down and went over my contract and given me the start date my payment will start, also given me a choice of paying over phone or paying in the store or setting up payment online. When I tried paying online it would not go through because I check my checking account and saw that the amount wasn’t deducted from account the company counted as late payment as I explained that I had already payed online but it didn’t show up as the amount deducted from my checking account. The company manager didn’t show no concern at to finding out what happened or if the online wasn’t working, but I had to pay a late fee twice. I asked have any customers complain about the online Aaron’s website in paying online he said know and that there are a separate person that take care of any problem. So now I have been calling over the phone in making my payment. I hope that the person that is responsible for the online website would repair the online payment site so I and any customer can make payments online.
