I was greeted when I came in the door by an employee hard at work assembling furniture. He directed me to Miss Lynn the Assistant manager. She was quick to ask me if i needed help. At the time I was just looking and she let me know to say something if I had any questions. When I finally had questions she was busy on the phone at the moment, but the store manager Mr Austin was quick to come to my aid. It was a relief to see that Rent King didn't have that commission competitiveness that often makes furniture shopping so toxic. When making my purchase they explained the terms of the contract very clearly. A big emphasis was placed on the same as cash terms. I respect the fact that they encourage the customer to pay day loan their selfs. (My choice of phrasing.) After completing my purchase the same employee that had greeted me wished me a good day though I never saw him lift his head up from the job he was doing. Great experience overall will definitely return to locations.

I stopped in to get myself a new desktop, and I was greeted with amazing customer service. Austin was great, he helped me in understanding the computer and the renting process of it as well. Overall 10/10 definitely would come back for other electronics.

GM Austin was very helpful! He gave me special cash pricing on some much needed furniture. Deal was so good I ended buying an 86” LG QLED TV too! I definitely recommend this Rent King location!
