Its been two years that I made several percusses, frm your stark florida store all good no problems,staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, prices a little high,but then again every thing today is high priced,quality of goods the best,

Signed a lease agreement, set up for autopay,, scheduled an upcoming payment and they wont even let me get the item. She smiled and laughed the whole time and I just made a long inconvenient drive to the store just to pick it up, and left empty handed. I was dealing with 2 different people being told 2 different things. Even had the cash in hand to make the first payment early if thats what they wanted but they didnt take it. I had a previous lease on an item with no late payments but had to give it back and got a voucher for it.

I got a washer and dryer from them back in March, Patti was amazing and made the transaction smooth, no issues. The washer and dryer set was delivered with no issues then about a couple months down the road my washer lid locked and I couldn’t open my washer Patti set up an appointment to have someone come pick it up which they did and sent me a loaner which was ok. Well fast forward 4 months later never heard back from rent a center, I was in the hospital almost died of sepsis and we went through a hurricane so called them up again Patti was super nice I asked her about the loaner if I could just buy it she was honest and was like not a good idea cause I would lose the money I put into the other set she was professional, the washer was fixed and ready to go just got overlooked so no biggie Patti set it up to have my washer delivered back to me all fixed and to pick up the loaner. The day came for them to come get the loaner and bring me back mine…nothing…no call, no show, no email… nothing. We had another hurricane so delt with that then I get this email weeks later which was on me case I should have called them sooner but I work a lot but it’s like basically wanting to now start paying for the loaner plus the washer that is being serviced…so I call the store and get Krista who I have never spoke to before, and I ask for Patti, so apparently Krista is the store manager, which I always thought the store manager was Patti and Krista tells Patti that if there’s any more issues with them getting the loaner washer back, to let me know that they’re gonna have to start charging me for it. So at that point I got extremely upset. I had an appointment for y’all to come out and pick the loaner up and bring me my washer and you never called emailed or even contacted me so it’s not on me that y’all didn’t come to get your washer. Needless to say, I was very upset, but Patti took care of everything and scheduled the time for them to come out and they did and they got the washer and brought me back mine so it was all good and done at the end but that was just very annoying to me. I would still do business with them. I’ve never missed a payment and Patti has been nothing but nice and professional.

Went and got the most helpful service and kept my budget in mind the whole time. Tish was so much help and treated me like family. Krista the GM was so down to earth. Sam was wonderful and helped out with a smile as always WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS

These guys were SO accommodating. Samantha, the associate that we worked with was so pleasant! She was happy and cheerful the whole time we were there even though we asked about almost every piece of furniture in there. Not to mention, I changed my mind about 5 times. Great customer service and phenomenal salesmanship from Samantha. We got the couch we always wanted AND a washer and dryer set that makes it fun to do laundry. The delivery was on time. They did make a mistake and left some of our order at the store! They corrected it though, and made another trip the same day to get us the rest!
