We rented a bedroom set and paid it off and also an Xbox and paid that off completely as well, but today when I tried to rent a living room set I was told I didn't qualify and they couldn't even tell me why,I have a job I've worked with the Rays for 16 years, the living room set I wanted to rent was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mom, I am very disappointed with this store.

This place has no sense of loyalty. No sense of obligation to their customers. I'm 2 days late on a payment and they wanna charge me a late fee. When I rented this sofa. I told them I was on disability and money came on the 3rd of the month. I had paid on the 3rd every month and never been charged a late fee. And now Rick who (and I quote wants help) me set up auto pay.......umm. I'm giving their sofa and going somewhere where good customers are appreciated . So after making a payment on the the 3rd of July Rick was supposed to call with a confirmation number did. So I call on the 5th only to find my payment didn't go through. No fault of mine tech issues they said. Why wasn't I notified about this. If I hadn't called on the 5th I would have never known. They would have showed up here to repo that sofa. This not the act of a professional, a customer service rep. I was gonna come rent a recliner from them, van and I talked about that. Thanks to Rick I went to buddy buy rite. Wish I would gone there for the sofa. Check out buddy before you go to Aarons!!!!! Also I just had a 100 bumper stickers made up that says Aaron's sucks 😆

Thee only reason I gave 2 stars . is simply because of Chris very well mannered gentleman also professional. I’ve been dealing with a hostile environment when it comes to the general manager, he hasn’t been pleasant to my family nor myself, but when it comes to Chris, he’s helped us also made things better you all need to rethink your general manager the people you are putting in place to run a business are full of hate , it is very disgusting.

This place is great not only did they deliver 24 hours sooner than expected. Their delivery driver went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough. I will recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you all again.

I haven’t had any issues with anything or anyone at all locations in St Pete. John is my go 2 when I have major questions, which is always solved. All the staff are absolutely fantastic. The only phone calls that I get are , ( hey, come in and check this item out ) or we think you might be interested in this. So yeah I will be coming back in once I get my bedroom furniture paid off.
