Never in history, going through any other furniture stores that I have paid off!! have I ever experienced such rudeness and harassment. If you are a day late, they threaten to pick your furniture up. I highly highly highly do not recommend. Go to buddys they are the BEST THEY WORK WITH YOU AND TAKE HALF YOUR PAYMENT IF THATS ALL YOU HAVE .

Yessi was very helpful today and when I asked about something they did not have in stock she was quick to find what I needed and had it the next day.

I was pressured into the purchasing through the store instead of online with promises of next day delivery and refusal to give me a delivery date for the online purchase. They said they would match the deal I was getting online which was a lie and I am paying $30 monthly more then I would have paid online. I was told one thing over the phone and it was completely different once they delivered. Complete scam artists.

I have sent messages to please change my auto pay card and nothing has been done . That’s there way of running this store . Has had multiple managers and still can’t get it right! And I will not go to the store because your manager staff is not respectful or has no people skills to conduct business ! With people that have been a loyal customer for a long time ! As soon as I’m finish with what I have they will be canceled! Calling you for more business and they can’t even treat you right!

Vivian and Emily have the worse customer service. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have had to call two weeks in a row to be taken off of auto pay in which I have not given permission for. I have recorded phone calls with them and screen shots proving I am not enrolled in auto pay. I have over drafts for two weeks now. I pay myself off different cards. I DO NOT WANT TO BE ON AUTO PAY. I ASKED TO BE TAKE OFF NUMEROUS TIME WITH NO REGARD TO MY WISHES. I HAVE NOW CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY AND DO NOT WANT THE COUCH ANY LONGER. I WILL GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN RENT A CENTER FOR ALLoWING SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
