Wonderful experience with this team! Our dryer went out and I needed something fast and delivered. They had exactly what I needed and from first contact to delivery, the whole process was easy and everyone was so friendly! They are all easy to work with too. The delivery team, Mike and Eugene, were really great too! I will definitely use them again if needed!

I started a new rental agreement online over the weekend. I knew it was a special order because online it said special order I paid for it and everything. It said it would be delivered on the 12th so I called the store to let them know about my order and it’s like they were trying to push me off from getting the furniture. I literally had to call back twice to make a payment on the furniture. I made an online account where I can see my furniture order with agreement number and it waiting to be delivered, and after I called the store, my agreement has just disappeared I just feel like I’m never going to get this furniture like the person who I was talking to was so shady they was like oh it’s no rush to get the payment in, but I had a lady tell me I had to pay to get it delivered and then when I called to make the payment no money came out of my account but they gave me a receipt number so this is my experience so far. Hopefully I get my couch. When I go in the app now, I don’t see anything anymore. It makes me think that I don’t even have a order in. It doesn’t feel secure at all. Everything was going good up until I called the store. The online process was perfect. It explained everything I knew it was a special order. I knew it would take a couple weeks to get in, but it’s like when you called the store they make you not want to get it

Tony the store manager at the Riverview store is amazing!! He helped our family tremendously when the old manager had messed up and given us a broken bed. He went over and beyond to make it right!! He deserves a huge raise. If you have any problems he’s the man to ask for❣️ thank you so much Tony!!

Hey Tony and Walter stand up guys delivery was timely and professional Tony also let us know that he didn’t like the condition of a bunkbed set we purchased so he order us a brand new one would definitely refer to friends and family
