BAD BAD BAD THE GIRL INSIDE THE BUSINESS NEVER KNOWS NOTHING I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY SHE'S HIRE TBH ALSO NO DELIVERY DONE ALL LIES DONT BUY NO GAMING PC FROM HERE DONT BUY NO GAMING PC I REPEAT!!!! THE MANAGER HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE 0/0!!! DONT GO HERE! LAWSUIT IS BEEN PLACE FOR THIS BUSINESS!!!

Just would like to put it out there….. they’re “top seller” lies about prices last week it was one price now this week it’s another price so be careful with that. On the other hand the manager has horrible customer service skills I tried to get help on my end and he just talks right over you 0/10 do not recommend.

Poor communication skills, I had a delivery window from 10am-2pm no one called to say anything about running late. So I called at 1:55pm just to see if they were running behind or on the way.They hung up and no call back. So I called back and they said that the driver would be here in 15min. The driver didn’t come until 3:30pm. No communication, poor customer service.

So I made an order for tv stand and waited for over a week for the store to finally get it. So i called today because my account states that they received my order and that I have to wait for the store to call me to deliver. So when I call a male picked up the phone supposedly he sent me pictures of the tv stand that mind you i never got. So he went to check in the back if it did come which it did and he tells me either i show my id and pick up myself if i want it before thanksgiving or i have to wait till 12/05 or 12/06 so great almost 3 weeks of waiting but what gets to me is that his tone of voice is completely disrespectful. He talks to me with attitude whatever happened to be nice with customers. Mind you I'm not a new customer. I get it not all jobs are for people but damn dont need to be rude. Your tone of voice will always say about you. I can see why i hesitated to get something from them but unfortunately they had the tv stand i always wanted. Rent king people are more nicer than him.
