I was having trouble making the payment This month and the store manger Mitch would call and leave rude messages on voicemail and when I call to tell them to just come get the stuff and I didn’t appreciate him running his mouth about me to other people his response is.oh I must of forgot to hang up the phone !!! So rude and not professional by no means

Their delivery staff is very unprofessional. I worked for rooms to go myself for two years and I never had an issue getting anything through the front door. Only once these guys act like this is their first time doing it, but they wanna talk like they have experience.

I was so exited to get my new couch only to be treated poorly by the delivery drivers . They were very unprofessional. They told me to tell my husband to get us a bigger house so I can have the couch I had invested in . They have no idea what I went through in life to get where I am now. I am never ever going back there again . They didn't even try is the sad part

Hey y'all I've been a customer of Aaron's for over 15 years and the guys at the plant city store is the bomb. Their customer service skills are great. Scott has been there for a while and always make sure his customers are very well taken care of. This location always have the beat managers and employees. Can you tell I love these guys!!
