Do not trust them. I had put my order in on October 1st and they called me confirmed it. Then customer service called to confirm it. Was supposed to be here 10/09/2025, never showed up. I called this morning (10/10/25) And they tell me my shit got canceled I didn’t receive no cancellation emails. No phone calls NOTHING!!!!!!!!

I came in the store to buy a new washer and dryer set. Was approved and made my down payment on a friday. Waited all weekend for my delivery on Monday. The time frame came and went with no delivery. I called and they told me they would not deliver to me because my address was flagged. My roommate. (No financial connection to me whatsoever) Owes them money so they refused to bring the washer and dryer to me. They tried to say I didn't make a payment and finally found that I did. They said they will refund my payment but we will see how long it takes for it to come back to my card if it even does. But to flag an address is crap. I am a single mother with six kids and no way to wash their laundry because I use my laundromat money to do the down payment for the washer and dryer set that never got delivered. The person who use my address and did not pay has nothing to do with me so for them to not rent to me because of somebody else is crap. I have a good standing with Rent-A-Center so that's where I'm going to go. Because I do pay my bills. Why red flag an address after I make a payment and not say anything that they're not going to deliver it? I could have figured it out by now and had a new washer and dryer set from somewhere else if they would have just been forward with me from the beginning.

I asked for a cash price on a damaged stackable washer and dryer unit they said over $1800. I found the same exact unit brand new for $989 the same day. That company received a 5 star review and my money today. This is a predatory company that takes advantage of poor/middle class people offering their payment plans. No incentive to spend cash. Anyway I got the single mother with 2 kids their washer and dryer. I can only imagine if she went to Aaron's she would've paid over 3k by the end of the loan.
