From online, phone call and in-store visit. The customer service was superb! The entire staff was so vibrant and welcoming. They had great deals going but I only went in for washer & dryer. Would definitely recommend Buddy's

How do you stay in business. I literally put an "order" in for a product weeks ago to which I received a confirmation number for and then told I would receive a call from the store soon... Days go by, no call. So I call the store and they claimed they only receive deliveries once a month and was told to call back after the first. Here it is the 3rd, called back only to hear that they haven't even ordered the product. Sometimes wish negative stars were available. Pretty pathetic business operation.
