I am very well pleased with My visit to Buddy’s Home Furniture. The employees and managers are very polite and professional. Every time I go in to their store I’m greeted with a smile. They are very knowledgeable about their products and shows great concern. But most of all I am greeted with a smile and a handshake coming in and going out.🫶🏾

Santos is literally the best. Very friendly very helpful and when I need something he’s quick to find it for me. 10/10 will always use buddy’s

I went in yesterday to buy a new phone and was met with a gentleman named Santos. Such an amazing store and amazing customer service!!! He is one of the hardest workers I have seen. Truly a great company and santos always make sure you’re beyond satisfied !!!

Do not go to this store I asked them 6 months ago to take me off auto pay still have not done it I have spent 12000 there always paid my bill might have been late but always paid . They keep taking money without authorization. Santos don't call back Steven doesn't help they sell you used stuff and way overpriced please go to hometown furniture or around 360 dollars to pay buddies then I'm getting a lawyer you won't take my money without asking

They sell defective products such as my E-Bike and I only had it a week and it was previously returned from previous customer also I told them that I will be returning the bike and they also said do you want to be arrested. Arrested for what? Sending back your junk that you sell to people. I know of the previous customers who have had this experience with them. Also a customer cannot be arrested for sending a defective electric bike. Also failed to tell me that it malfunctioned on the last customer who had it. I also heard that they like to trespass onto your property to harass you after you return the item to their store. My property will be the wrong and last property they ever step foot onto acting like that. I do not recommend that store in Okeechobee. All of the reviews I have seen where they threaten to have you arrested is true because the manager desantos did threaten that to me over the phone when I called and mentioned the issues with the bike. I will be dropping it off to them and it would not be a good idea for them to even date argue with me. I am not going to pay for junk.
