Marissa was absolutely amazing and gave me the best deal possible on a stackable washer and dryer. Such a smooth and pleasant experience and my appliance was delivered within 24 hrs of signing the contract 😊

My experience with Aaron’s Home Furniture has been nothing but frustrating from the very beginning. When I first purchased my couch, the delivery team refused to bring it inside, claiming it wouldn’t fit through my door — even though I had measured multiple times. They didn’t even get out of their truck to check; they looked from the road and left. I ended up having to pick it up myself. Not long after, the couch ripped and I requested a repair. I never received a response or any follow-up about fixing it. Fast forward to today: I scheduled a pickup and was told I’d be first on the schedule. That changed to 4 p.m., then I was told the truck broke down and no one was coming at all. Meanwhile, the staff member Marissa was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no professionalism or communication. To make matters worse, despite being told they weren’t coming, a crew showed up at 6:30 p.m. with no notice. The lack of communication and basic customer service at this store is unacceptable. I’ve been told there is a new General Manager — I truly hope he can turn this place around, because right now the experience is absolutely terrible.

The customer service is outstanding and the delivery man was helpful installed our washer and dryer and made sure they worked before leaving

I’ve been an Aaron’s customer for over 5 years and Raheem is very unprofessional, he is rude, won’t let you talk about YOUR account! Showing up at our house unauthorized on a Saturday. I’ve never had a problem like this. Anthony & Jesse are great tho!

I was happy,happy to find such a nice and VERY knowledgeable sales person..She was kind and considerate and that's just what I needed...She answered all my questions about washer and dryers.. I've never had to go.pick out a washer and dryer when one broke my husband magucly had one back there..So I was amazed that washers now play music. Lol🤣😂 SO thanks Marissa for the better than great experience.. You are very personable and exceptional in what you do ...I hope Aaron's knows what a GEM they have in you!! Your the best!! 👏👏Thank.you for the great experience..Sincerely Alice Marie Brantley😁👏
