Aylin and her staff at Rent A Center in North Fort Myers are top notch. They came and installed a new washer/dryer set for me. I didn't have to lift a finger. They professionally installed the appliances and hauled my old one away. Anytime Ive ever had an issue with a product Ive gotten from them they have gave me prompt attention and took care of the issue right away. Im happy to recommend them for home furnishings, appliances, or electronics.

Do not shop at This store, they are filled with disrespectful unprofessional workers all the managers, false advertisement along with harassment and coming to my house taking photos of my car trying to collect furniture before the time is due I paid, I am a widowed mother of 3 boys working 2 jobs, this store needs to be shut down they do not work any payment arrangements at all all they do is call and harras do not go there

First of all let me just say I’ve never in my life experienced anything like this.. my husband and I walked into rent a center to try to find some furniture we had seen a sectional that had just arrived we liked it and asked the lady who was assisting us what the procedure was in regards to them cleaning furniture that had been used, we were making sure it wouldn’t have bugs or anything crazy. So the lady( I don’t remember her name )she was tall and skinny with glasses told my husband and I the would deep clean the section and bomb it in the truck to get rid of any bugs, so we said ok that sounds good. A week later they delivered this sectional as we sat on it the first day I seen a roach crawling up my wall, my husband quickly made us get off of the couch and lifted up the cushions and found 3 roaches scattering. We quickly picked up the couch to throw it into the back yard until rent a center could show up and pick it up but when we threw it out 8 roaches fell out of it and scattered all in my home my son and I had to swap them needles to say I’m traumatized I have video of everything! That night we threw it out we walked out and the roaches were all out of hiding it was completely infested. Do not buy anything from here they had this same couch laying out in the midst of brand new couches and other used ones there is no way these people didn’t know this couch was infested.
