Hi there — I shop at Publix almost daily and usually enter through the back rear entrance. The rental store nearby has been overloading dumpsters and leaving old furniture and trash on the ground. It’s becoming quite an eyesore. Just wanted to bring it to your attention. Hope to see it cleaned soon.

I’ve been a customer of rent a center for 6 years now I’ve moved a lot but I have paid everything I’ve ever owns off early. This location just got a new manager once again. If I were you I would stay away as far as possible from this location. They suck. They lie. They only care about money that’s coming from your pocket. They don’t care about friendship or anything as far as even being a normal customer. The new manager is rude. No respect. All I can say is after 6 years today changed my mind forever. You’re better off going to Aaron’s or somewhere else to get something. Not here at this location period. I have a lot of friends who works for rent a center and they were all cool but this Mamager sucks. Just saying stay as far away from this location as possible because this manager does not care about your happiness, your respect, etc he is selfish and brutally has no respect period for no one. After 6 years I can officially say rent a center literally sucks horrible now after this disrespectful manager. Find a new manager.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The young woman who attended me had a very rude and dismissive attitude from the moment I walked in. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer, I felt judged and uncomfortable. Customer service should make people feel respected and valued, but unfortunately that was not the case during my visit. Her tone and body language made it clear that she was not interested in helping, and it made the entire experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this issue, because no customer should feel disrespected when simply asking for assistance.

Big shoutout to David! He is extremely professional and really knows his stuff. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made sure I got the best deal possible. The store is lucky to have him—highly recommend working with him if you want a stress-free experience. I think a pay increase is what he deserves

I had a really good experience with David while picking out a new bed. He asked plenty of helpful questions about what I was looking for and took the time to understand my sleep needs without making me feel rushed. We also connected over both being new fathers, which made the conversation feel more personal. He shared a bit of advice that helped me think through what kind of mattress would be the best fit. Overall, David made the process easy and straightforward, and I appreciated his help.
