Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company they brought a couch to my brand new house that had bugs and my entire body was covered in sores then we called and made our weekly payments before the due date and they still tried to charge us again on the due date even tho we already paid I would not recommend this company to anyone I took a pic of the tv and time stamped it so if they break it it was on them they also took the dryer vent out and dumped it on my floor when we were returning our stuff for being double charged

They ripped people off when they already made a payment they will try to take money from you even if you already payed the bill would not go here my mom said she had the some promblem with them go to rent a center or Buddys alot better then these people

I just had my bed frame repaired by Bea from the New Port Richey store. She has previously delivered merchandise to our home and installed/set everything up. She is always very friendly and personable (and great with our kids). I am so happy that she was able to fix our bed frame same day. She was on time and very respectful while in our home.

I spoke with one of the sales staff and told them I was issues with my stove on Friday. They scheduled for pickup and a replacement today. B and the young man with her did an excellent and professional job.

I received a furniture delivery from Aaron's. The delivery guys Michael and Bea were hands down amazing. They were understanding and thoughtful. They were respectful to my 11 year old son and treated him like a person instead of dismissing him like most do. They ensure my furniture was set up exactly where I wanted it and that it was put together in show room condition. I've rented to own from Buddy's and rent a center but the customer service from this Aaron's was outstanding. 🙌
