Dont come here they literally double charge you and then tell you to ignore it. And they will keep cutting you off when you try to speak. Deal with a better company

This place is a joke. Straight-up scammers. They’ll take your money and then refuse to refund you. My dad was approved for a $2000 credit for furniture, and we paid the down payment for a midnight sectional we wanted delivered. Our delivery was set for September 25th, and after paying, we thought everything was good to go. We wanted to add a TV, but every time we asked, they said they didn’t have any, and no other stores had them either. Total lie, because we called around and other stores had TVs in stock. They just didn’t want to add one to our agreement. After pushing, they said they needed more info, even though we’d already sent everything when we finalized the deal. Another red flag. So we sent the info again and the guy told us to call back in an hour so they could add the TV with “no problem.” We called back, and the guy was “at lunch,” so we called again in another hour. This time, they said they were still verifying our info and to call back in a few minutes. We did, and after almost another hour, the guy finally tells us our application was denied. We asked why, and he couldn’t give a real answer. We’re pretty sure they just didn’t want to add the TV and are honestly shady and racist to boot. Never had a problem like this with any other rent-to-own place. Now, we’re still waiting on our refund for the stuff we already paid for. Stay far away from these scammers. If you're smart, you'll take your business somewhere else.

It sucked i walked in to the store and the guy the was their didn't even greet me properly I got a what do want response I ask the guy if I can pay and set everything there at the store and he said no worst customer service I have received

Yessy was just so amazing and patient with me. It took a few days in a row once we started working together in finding the perfect merchandise I wanted to gift myself for my home office and she made it easy! I was worried about the cost since I know interest can be high along with payments but she gave me a good deal and at a price that is higher than average but not too steep that I couldn’t justify the cost.
