Yessy was just so amazing and patient with me. It took a few days in a row once we started working together in finding the perfect merchandise I wanted to gift myself for my home office and she made it easy! I was worried about the cost since I know interest can be high along with payments but she gave me a good deal and at a price that is higher than average but not too steep that I couldn’t justify the cost.

Mr. Leo and Mr. Gene at store# 01166 delivered my order with absolute care. We had some issues with the delivery times and the communication, but they worked hard to make everything work out. Going in the store, they helped us find what we liked and took their time explaining the agreements and answering all of our questions. I've ordered from rent a center before and would be using them again in the future. We very grateful for these two men and hope to work with them again.

Hands down best experience I've had with a furniture company. I placed an order online and was contacted by a women named Janey, she told me all about there payment plans & documentation that was needed. I was a little skeptical but she kinda won me with paying weekly, because she's right I rather have $30 a week than one big amount monthly. So I explained to her I would get the proper documents & call back. I called the very next day & a nice young man named Alejandro answered & told me he can continue helping me with my process cause janey was off, I think lol. Alejandro was very professional & customer service has been A1 from the beginning. I hung up that phone call with my order placed & ready to be shipped out the following week. Another young man named Kevin came to put the bedroom set together (thank God cause I did not feel like doing it)I noticed a slight crack in one of the pieces so I called Alejandro back to let him know the situation. He reassured me they would order a new piece but still put the one in for the moment. Which was fine by me, if they would of been rude it would have not been ok with me but from the beginning I've had great customer service so it was ok. Alejandro & Daniel came to my apartment & set up the beds & placed them exactly where I wanted. So I was very pleased. Daniel then called me a week after to follow up which I thought was great, he made sure I was happy with the product & if I ever needed anything else just to call them. Definitely recommend this store not only because the prices are great and it's good quality furnisher but because of its staff. Thanks ☺
