Long time customer of Aarons. Never had an issue with them until Juan started there. He is very rude. Does not know how to talk to customers especially on the phone. Starts yelling at you. Very very rude person.

Juan is the WORST! constantly trying to charge us late fees when we are never late and extremely RUDE!.

Not someone saying they was a district manager and talking down to someone making threats and demands...I believe we should all treat each other with respect and dignity, and if someone is put in a position to be a manager they should have the honor and ability to talk to people professionally exp when they are being talked to kindly..I understand I was a couple days late but am still a human being and shouldn't be threatened because I didn't feel comfortable talking about someone else's account to them

Terrible new manager store manager unprofessional. Need training additional training, this store has been through three store managers since I had my accounts she will overcharged for late fees but case management will not call at all as a reminder as case manager job is to call nicely to all customers for payment go to renter center don't recommend.

Just so annoying when your at work and they are calling you multiple times exp when your just do that day and haven't had a chance to go in yet and they repeatedly call you. There are laws about credit harassment and calling multiple times a day constitutes it exp calling in a row...Its like stop already am working...Makes me just want to return everything already
