Dan has got to be the rudest with customer service I have ever seen. Had an item picked up and retired to the store. I called to let them know that I keep getting emails about account saying past due. Which it is not because item was rety. Aaron's can do better and get rid of rude employees. I wouldn't do bussiness with them if I were you if they keep him or any employee that is this rude. Maggie is a wonderful GM. But, step it up Aaron's and find good employees if you want business

Put an order in 3 WEEKS ago and still have not received my furniture. Everything I ordered was in stock and on the floor. They have canceled and rescheduled on me 3 TIMES. One I understand because of the hurricane but now this has gotten ridiculous. every time I take off work to coordinate so I’m home for delivery and they cancel. So extremely unprofessional and a lack of care of other people’s time and money. If you knew you didn’t have drivers today you should have called me a day prior and let me know. Not reschedule me ANOTHER week out and call me the end of the day letting me know they aren’t coming. I have no words. Unprofessional is all I will never do business with Aaron’s again and I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019.

Maggie and the staff are amazing! I’ve been purchasing items from Aaron’s for a long time and in different states. I have worked with a lot of teams and stores. This is my favorite staff! They are very easy to work with. Customer service is excellent. I’ve never had a problem with any of the items I have purchased. Thanks!!

I have been a customer of Aaron's inc. for over 10years in multiple states and it's been so comforting and a real breeze to shop and get the items I want.Not only will they deliver and set up my items I get assurance that the items are warranted as long as my lease lasts and if I move or change my mind and want something else,NO PROBLEM they will pick it up remove or replace it free of charge for me.If it breaks they will replace it if it's defective.I use the auto pay option which makes the whole process "painless" and effortless.The mgmt and sales team are just wonderful and very helpful and yes courteous,respectful.I have had items stolen,damaged but with the Aaron's club membership everything was replaced as it was before with no bickering or multiple phone calls. Just wonderful and affordable. Thanks Aarons

I have done 3 transactions with them so far with plans on a 4th. Kali and Dustin are always so very helpful when I go in there. They answer my questions thoroughly and do their best to help me find the best deal for what I’m looking for.
