Not 1 of the 3 employees standing at the desk acknowled us, only the roaches on the sectional we sat on seemed intrested in our service.

My brand new washer and dryer was delivered last night. The belly is too big for the washer. I washed the first load and it’s not spinning and draining. Mathew says Jorge is out today (conveniently) and Jorge is the one that has to approve making things right.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Jorge and Mathew are were very rude. First off, second, I paid for a new TV last year and I'm still making payments on it, but I'm almost done. I told them it's not connecting to WiFi, unlike all the other TVs in my household that are not from Aaron's, which are not doing that. They gave me a loaner TV, which, guess what, is having the same issue. It's their brand, so they refuse to give me back my TV or replace it with a new one because they said it was broken. Jorge then tells me I'm stuck with the used loaner and that is my TV now. I'm paying for a brand new TV that's just about $400, and they refused to mark down the payments or total cost of the used TV they stuck me with. I have made a complaint to the general manager and made a claim about those two people and that location! They refuse to do a new contract for the used TV.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Aaron’s until I just received a call from Richard. I haven’t even heard of a Richard there. I’ve always had interactions with Ariel, Jessica,Matthew and George which have been very good. He called with attitude as if I’m ducking payment. Paid in FULL as of date! Please don’t have him call to deal with any business with me!!! Still giving a five stars because y’all have been really good to me, but do not want contact with him ever again!!

TRUCKER REVIEW: This is both a storefront and a medium-sized warehouse with multiple loading docks. I arrived at night and was able to park at the door I got unloaded at. They began unloading at the appointment time and were done in about an hour. All interactions were positive. It seems that the two docks outside the gate are for receiving and the rest inside are company outbound. Didn't check on bathroom availability. Space to get turned around into dock is a little tight when gate is closed, but you can just turn a 53' forwards if you use the available space. Pictures show the area to do that.
