Amazingly great service! Very quick and easy. Judy was extremely helpful. She made everything go so smoothly. I couldn’t ask for anything better! If there was 10 stars available that’s what I would have given her!

The staff at the Chestnut hill Plz location is the absolute best. The store Manager she is absolutely great. She's super helpful and goes the extra mile when needed. The entire staff is great and with her leadership I see why.

I have dealt with this store on two separate occasions and I have to say that both times that I have been extremely impressed with both the customer service and quality of the furniture. From the intial encounter to the delivery to all around customer service, they are💯. They call to notify me each and every week. They are kind, friendly and efficient. I would most definitely recommend them. Thank you Rent-A-Center Brookside, you are appreciated.

Giving this store a rating of 5 stars. The employees, delivery workers and store manager were great. Loved the non-judgemental presence and great customer service. I'm always greeted with a smile and good conversation. All questions were answered and the level of professionalism was outstanding. The store is not cluttered and nicely designed. You won't be disappointed if you come to the Newark, DE Store.
