Do not go here, they'll sell you extremely used and broken washers, dryers, Ovens among other things. They have little care for their customers or the job they're meant to do, continuously blame you and your home for their broken appliances not working correctly but in reality, it's just them trying to make quick money on broken and well used goods. Used to be a caring a wonderful place to get things you need at a reasonable price, but with the workers they have now it's laughable and honestly good lucky getting someone who isn't going to directly try and lie to you saying their products work when 7 other people have come to your house and told you directly it's the product Aarons sold you is what's broken. Take your business literally anywhere else, hell build your own TV or whatever you're looking to buy, it's much better than going here.

The customer service at Aaron’s was amazing, and the movers were even better. They carried a stacked washer and dryer up three flights of stairs and were very patient the whole time (our apartment staircase is very difficult I my add) They installed and help us work the machine. They also joked with us and gave us good conversation the whole time they were there. I’m happy with their service and the product we received.

I have a love hate relationship with this store. They always have what I need furniture wise and the prices are high as hell. But it is what it is. My credit is terrible and I think at long as you make the payment within the 120 day timeframe you're good. But they'll work with you regardless of your budget. There's something for everyone.

I want to recognize and thank Thane at Aaron’s Newark for his stellar customer service today! Thane went above and beyond helping me with my rental agreement payment and helping me join the Aaron’s Club too! He took the time explaining the service & repair terms and some of the many benefits the Club membership has to offer! I recommend if you need to rent to own, to go to Aaron’s on Marrows Rd in Newark and see what they can do for you too!

Just recently leased a washer and dryer from the Newark store. Excellent condition, good biweekly pricing and delivery was fast and smooth. Kelsey listened to my needs and wasted no time getting me situated. I highly recommended!
