I have been a customer of of the Rent a Center store in New Castle for many years, mostly for Laptops.
First, let me tell you that the person who left a negative comment must have lots of issues because, her remark is surrounded by several very positive comments, based on my, and other's experiences, negatives should be ignored, they are not true! I have been going there, as a customer for years, and first let me tell you that the location is Spotless! Let me add, that the manager and all who work in the store are the nicest people in retail I have ever known. for me, it is Not just a business experience, it is all very personal and friendly,. Let me bring your attention to Tasha, and Lamar, her top supervisor. They have done everything for me, from ordering a special order, to calling me to make me aware of specials, and telling me when a device comes in, which I might like It isn't that, when I call to make a payment, of appear in person to do that, that it is all business, it is more friendly, and I have a special friendship with both Tasha and Lamar, Lamar being one of the hardest worker I know in a retail store, and he does everything to make sure he serves his customers with the highest level of professionalism. I would not, myself, go to any other location but to the store in New Castle, Delaware, where as soon as you walk in, you are treated as a special person and as a special customer. I recommend, that you go in there, see anyone, say hi to Tasha and Lamar, and tell them Rob said to say hi. They are the best ! In everything you want in a Rent-A- Center Store!
