EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL manager!!! ROB who is The new manager at this location, decided that it was “okay” and “professional” to yell and belittle a customer over the phone on a recorded line. The amount of disrespect, attitude, and the yelling was beyond what Rent A Center claims to stand by. No one, let alone a Manager should be allowed to speak to anyone in the manner that ROB chose to do so. A complain has been filed directly with corporate and the stores owner. A store that was well respected when Tammy was alive and in charge has taken a turn for the worse with a manager that has no respect towards his customers.

Amazing customer service. Francisco goes above and beyond. Him and the other delivery driver got my mother in law couches in with no issues. Everywhere else kept saying no to her but Francisco and the other guy made it happen. Recommend this place to whoever.

This West Haven Rent- A- Center has truly blessed my heart. It is rare to meet such honest, caring people. I have encountered one of the best shopping experiences ever in doing business with Sonia, Nate and Francisco. From the beginning to the end of my experience was pure, professional, genuine, and loving. The individuals at this location made me feel so comfortable asking questions; Sonia was so helpful; she kept her word the whole way through our process. The guys (Nate & Francisco) handled my furniture with care and concern. They were so creative with setting up my rooms, their helpful advice and expertise made my house look beautiful. I will be sure to come back to this location as I look to furniture more spaces in my home. Definitely ask for Sonia, and make sure Nate and Franciso is working when receiving your delivery.
