I have made over ten major purchases from the West Haven store and yes there have been some issues but they were always rectified in time. I will admit that Aaron's is expensive yet they fit a niche of need when finances are tight. I think that most of all people need to read what they are signing. It is a contract and after the first four months you can cancel without penalty. I have bought many items that were returns and I will say I have made out like a bandit. Overall I believe I have come out with the better deal over time. Some people you cannot please, even if something was given to them for free they would complain, they would say it was junk and that's why it is free... But they still took it! Most of all, when I have a problem they fix it. What more can you ask for?
I reached out to Aaron about my couch that was delivered dirty, crumbs under the cushions and broke but yet had a tag that it was sterilized waited for a call back. About 2 months later got a call to see if I wanted to rent anything else told them I'm still waiting for a call from 2 months ago. Finally spoke with the manager who stated she put a claim in for the couch being broke and here we are about another 2-3 months and have not heard back from any one. I never had this issue with them in the past it has always been a good experience but now I will be taken my business somewhere else.

The new manager Tish from the West Haven store went over and beyond to get the items I needed now my place is going to look great. She had to deal with a very small place to fit exactly what was needed and she came through with flying colors. You rock girl!!!!

I’m new with Aaron’s on elm street in west haven but i can see now I’m have to hurry up and pay this off cause i just don’t want deal with this One of their workers calls me before the store even opens up around 9am asking bout a payment on the due date because she says the payment hadn’t went through yet but I lock all my cards because of so many scammers. So i hadn’t even got up yet to pay it i work late nights so she didn’t even given me the chance to unlock so the bill can be paid. Now i did thought they call the day after they haven’t received a payment and not the day the payment is due before the store even opens up yet. But after what happen yesterday I’m paying it off fast cause this is ridiculous. Idk but i wouldn’t recommend them they let u get it then treat u like a enemy once u do. Sad part is my payments always go through and this first time i get that call 🤦🏽♀️
