I reached out to Aaron about my couch that was delivered dirty, crumbs under the cushions and broke but yet had a tag that it was sterilized waited for a call back. About 2 months later got a call to see if I wanted to rent anything else told them I'm still waiting for a call from 2 months ago. Finally spoke with the manager who stated she put a claim in for the couch being broke and here we are about another 2-3 months and have not heard back from any one. I never had this issue with them in the past it has always been a good experience but now I will be taken my business somewhere else.

Love love love the ladies working there. So polite & help in every which way possible they can. I recommend any one to go see those woman down there !! Thank you to the delivery men as well. My apartment was a pain in the ass to deal with !

The new manager Tish from the West Haven store went over and beyond to get the items I needed now my place is going to look great. She had to deal with a very small place to fit exactly what was needed and she came through with flying colors. You rock girl!!!!

I need a Negative Star rating. One of your drivers side swiped my car a year ago and Aaron's still has not paid. Your driver was a fault! you driver received a warning. I have the Police report and It's on traffic camera! Allegedly you don't even have insurance. I WILL NOT GO AWAY! You need to pay for the Damage to my Brand New Car!
