They need to hire some people. I've been waiting for my refrigerator for almost two weeks. Been there on two separate occasions both times I was told I was good to go, my refrigerator would be delivered in the morning. If there was a problem why wasn't I contacted? He knows I'm waiting for it.

A quoted Email i escalated up the corporate ladder sharing my current experience with these people. I would just like to add that over the last 10 years, I have fulfilled 6 or 7 contracts with rent a center. My physical status has recently declined and has taken my capability to work. This has taken quite a toll on me mentally as I have worked since the age of 14. I've tried my best to keep up with payments even going hungry to give every dollar I have to your company. I have been jerked around, lied to and even had my recollection toyed with by your staff at this location. I finally requested to talk with Rich when Jennifer and Derrick proved to be unsupportive, dishonest and unprofessional. I informed Rich of the horrible experience I've had since the loss of my income, the loss of my capabilities to work, the mental and emotional anxieties I suffer from due to my circumstance PLUS since the recent loss of my mother. I was literally crying on the phone with him. He then proceeds to make me feel like it's gonna be ok when he offers to contact his boss, Michelle, to request a revised agreement that could lower my payments. I was so grateful, extending many thanks..... just to be yet again, duped and disregarded. Never recieved an answer not even a call back that was promised. This was approx 4 weeks ago but after the 1st two weeks passed (with multiple texts and calls pressuring me about my balance due add if the conversation never took place, weighing on me in the meantime) The same exact thing I confided in him about the members of his staff putting me through for months prior! He also tells me there is no insurance in place to cover an emergency medical circumstance that may cause interruptions to my weekly obligations. I find that hard to believe with today's laws. You are my last course of action before reaching out to legal aid. It's seriously effecting my mental health! Please help me as I am not willing to lose all the money I've already paid for this merchandise. It seems like that's what they're trying to MAKE happen. ALSO...I have requested a copy of my contract / agreement as well as a detailed history of payments received SIX TIMES since Rich told me there's no insurance in place. I have not receive either yet i DID receive a letter threatening to press charges on me for non payment as if I haven't been trying for over A MONTH to come to a resolution. Show quoted text

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jamie and Anthony at the Woodville rental store in Toledo, on laskey. and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire rental process.Jamie went above and beyond to make sure everything was clearly explained and that I had everything I needed. Anthony was equally helpful, offering quick assistance and making sure the equipment was in top condition before I left. I have rented several items from this location and highly satisfied with Woodville Rental Laskey.. and recommend anyone to shop there and take advantage of the same as cash leasing options they offers.. I have successfully paid off a few items ask for Anthony he or his staff will respectfully help you with all you needs.

Derrick at the Laskey location in Toledo was who helped my husband and I today. He gave us all the information we needed about the item we were interested in. He made the process very simple and quick. He was even able to get the item delivered to us within hours of us leaving the store. We went in knowing what we wanted and were able to get exactly that, and within our budget. Very professional and pleasant guy.

I love the people here, my only complaint is I have problems with walking and the closest low level sidewalk ramp adds a lot more walking distance. Otherwise I would give Woodville 5 stars.

Way better than Aaron's or Rent-A-Center they approve you for a lot more of a in-store credit since they go by your income monthly payments are also a lot less I'm going to be getting a stove through them and I talked to both the people that work there I think they are the owners of the one in Oregon very polite well-mannered and will try to assist you and help you in any way this is my first time getting anything through Woodville rental and I could already tell that I will be having more business with them for many years down the road
