On the Tuff Shed website, Notorious shows up as a medium brown color. On our shed, it is a light grey. We told the installation workers our concern that same day. Our point of contact who sold the shed to us forwarded our call to multiple different departments, without taking any level of responsibility for the issue. We’ve gone back and forth with Tuff Shed over the last few weeks and learned today that they want to charge us $250 to repaint the shed a brown color. We are only asking for the shed to be painted the same color (or a similar color if necessary) as it is advertised on their website, so the shed matches the brick color scheme of our house. It’s a major issue that their swatch colors look VERY different in person. It’s beyond frustrating that the company is making it impossible to get a couple hundred dollar problem resolved when we paid full price ($3,660.99) for this shed. Please do not do business with this company! Disclaimer: This one-star review is not a reflection on the men who built the shed. They were great!

Great service and I love my shed. The installers were very nice and worked hard and it is perfect. The salesperson, Will was awesome! Extremely helpful and responded quickly.

Using their online configurator was very easy for self-service, and once we submitted our order Michael Wollgast reached out to help ensure everything was good to go and stuck with us throughout the entire process through delivery. He was very responsive and helpful. Install went great and on-time and the shed looks amazing. Happy customers here.
Hello Diane, Just wanted to let you know no one from Tuff Shed has reached out to me to schedule a service appointment to correct the issues I reported. The funny thing is before I bought this you reached out to me a couple of times a week asking if I was ready to buy my shed but now radio silence. My perception of customer service is very low.
