TSI Sheds (Tuscarora Structures) rents to own in New York and Pennsylvania.

First, all the people at TSI are great to work with. Second, the shed is well designed and the construction is solid and precise. Dan, who delivered it was an experienced expert. He unloaded it on a gravel road and brought it down a winding lane and into the pad site at our cabin with great precision; he hit every corner stake on first try.

We had an outstanding experience with TSI Sheds & Cabins from start to finish. From customer service to the quality of craftsmanship the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress free. They went above and beyond to help us out Our cabin was delivered exactly as promised and it's clear they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend TSI for your next shed or cabin project!

Best company to work with! Everything was seamless from the first contact through delivery of our shed. Both Tom and the delivery person went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! I want to shout out Tom, Ben and Dan! Everyone was so nice and easy to work with! They helped me get all the documents I needed for my permit. Once the shed was delivered you could tell the quality time and attention to detail that went into building it. It completely exceeded my expectations! I cannot recommend them enough!

Bought a 12X24 garge shed and they could not have been any better to deal with . all the wat around from sales to delivery they are great !!!!!!!

The team at TSI worked patiently with me to find the right shed for my needs. When I requested a custom modification, it was not a problem and the additional fee was surprisingly low.The quality of the TSI product I received was very high. TSI also displays core values typically not seen at small to mid size companies such employee development and lean manufacturing. Finally, Dan delivered my shed at my convience and got it exactly where I wanted it. He is highly competent and very customer focused. I know where I'll go if I need an additional shed.

Outstanding experience with this business. Tom has been amazing to work with and has made the process of purchasing a shed for my home an excellent experience. Easily the lowest price I could find anywhere in the Rochester area. They are willing to work with me and my schedule and hold the shed after deposit in order to meet my needs. Excellent quality and workmanship all along with free delivery within 25 miles of Spencerport. I cannot recommend this team enough! Thank you all so much!

We highly recommend Tuscarora Sheds. Well built and they can customize. The delivery was outstanding as there were many obstacles to say the least they had to work around. Tom was great to work with, and attention to detail on everything. They have a great team and all work together. We give them a 10+ Very happy. Dave and Janet

We are incredibly pleased with our 2-bedroom Pioneer Cabin from Tuscarora Structures. We looked at cabins from various manufacturers, making our discussion choosing TSI. Last November, Brice welcomed us to the sales lot and gave us a detailed tour of the display models. In no time at all we had made our selection, completed a sale agreement, and placed down payment. This was just the beginning of putting all the pieces together to make our plan reality. Brice made recommendations on site preparation contractors. We contacted Jeff Peachey of Artisanal Concrete LLC in early spring, he met with us and discussed options, we chose to go with a crawl space foundation this took a while to happen with the challenging weather this spring and summer. Foundation and cabin delivery came together over the past few weeks. Brice, Dave, Matt, Jeremy, Ben, Dan, and his son, along with the delivery driver, demonstrated professionalism, helpfulness, patience, practical knowledge, and experience. They are all willing to collaborate to ensure smooth and efficient experience. Now to move on with getting electrical service, water, septic, weather skirting, gutters, and finishing touches to the site within the next couple of months. It meant a great deal to us being able to speak and ask questions with the staff of TSI and KSM, including two of the top guys. Dave came out on the delivery to ensure things went smoothly with the delivery and placement to make certain that we were completely satisfied with our experience. It is very impressive how the cabin was placed onto the foundation from the truck trailer combination used. We highly recommend their business. Thank you, Ela and Richard.

We highly recommend Tuscarora Structures. We visited the Spencerport, NY location where there is a large variety & styles to see. All went exceptionally well from ordering through installation. I could not believe one person, Dan, drove from PA to our home & installed our 10' × 20' shed. He was here for exactly one hour from arrival to departure - remarkable!

I decided on Tuscarora for my new shed. I appreciated the patients and help from Tom Burns he's the best! Tom took care of my concerns, worries, and my needs, including the foundation requirements for my yard. He has a great team. Great man to work with for my shed.
