Great customer service and reliable information when ordering. Prices were very reasonable and delivery services were incredible. Our small barn was being put in a tricky spot in our yard. The delivery driver was very responsible and capable. The structure was very well built and the options you can add to it are great. We plan on ordering again from them this year! We would recommend them to anyone!
The details in the 1 star poor review are inaccurate at best. 1. If the customer had called us about any issues such as "broken 2x4's" we would have responded immediately and fixed for free (we have and do, our products are warrantied). He did not so we could not. 2. The customer is mistaken about a $245 card fee, flat out wrong. 3. Jim Stump is a hard working professional and is as good as anybody out there. We stand behind his honesty and professionalism. 4. If Mr. Duquette had called we would have responded immediately. 5. We have hundreds of satisfied customers, I am sorry we did not get the chance to address this issue at the time. 6. This Google review is in no way representative as to how we operate.
