Purchased an older Lofted Barn from Brett on May 8th , that was on the lot , but in great condition , he reached back out to us with a brand new , just returned lofted barn for a bit less. We agreed , nothing went smooth after that : *delivery (missed 2 days of work and was still no shed ) 3rd day was finally delivered *the price -had to pay the delivery guy more money or he was taking the shed back. We did get our money back for that , Thank you *Damage to roof on the lofted barn , still waiting for repairs , even had to contact Brett again *and it seems to be an older rental, definitely not brand new .

Our experience with Brian at Just Wood and Steel was very helpful in purchasing our steel building. He was great at helping us navigate the entire process. He walked us through step by step with designing, planning, building permit, and even explaining what foundation to build on! Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in building a structure for their property!

Brian was very easy to work with! He did a great job making sure that what I had in mind would actually work for me! It was nice to have him on site when we made the definite plans to build a carport! We appreciate the effort he put in to make our carport just what we wanted! 😊

This company has been the absolute WORST to work with. Also, the shelter we received is flimsy and not built to last. I would never recommend them to anyone. As soon as they have your money, they don’t care at all about the product you received. We had a horse shelter custom built and it was delivered in January. They actually built the shelter wrong so they agreed to send a crew out to fix it for us. When it was delivered, it was left on the skids with the frame held together by cross boards so not in usable condition for horses. We had to call the crew repeatedly for weeks to get them to come out and fix it. Three times they set a date to come out and three times they never showed up and never called to let us know. When they finally came and fixed the shelter too how we ordered it, they never removed the skids and securing boards along the bottom because “they don’t do that”. It’s now March and we still can’t use the shelter because it’s still not done. The base of the shelter is not sturdy and not a good shelter for animals. They didn’t even build the frame with full length boards and they are not 4 inch thick as you would expect, but 2. We asked to have the item returned (it’s literally even still ready to load up and take away) and they will not work with us to remove it. It’s dangerous to have it in our pasture with our horses the way it is. Do not buy any animal shelter from this company. For the price you pay, you’ll end up with a poorly built product. We could not be more disappointed with this company and the shelter we received and can’t even use STILL.

This is my honest review. I went with the company after searching in the greater lansing area. The seemed to have the best price for about the same quality. What I really liked was at no additional cost we could customize the color, and material. We got to choose if we wanted wood or metal siding as well as shingles or metal roof at no additional cost! I found value in this. We were told it would be 4 weeks until it was delivered due to customer order and they called at roughly 4 weeks to set the delivery up. It was one guy with a machine that delivered it and put it exactly where I asked him to. I was told it would be leveled withing 6" upon delivery. It was leveled however the guy did t have shims to level it with so we had go use wood I had laying around to shim it. I didn't care but other customers might care about this. After delivery I found a few minor imperfections, nothing I cared about. However a bout a month later I went to close the gap at the front of the garage between the ground and the garage so animals can't get under it and I noticed that the insulation we paid for under the flooring hadn't beenperformed. I was worried they would try to give me the run around sense it had already been a month but theydidn't. They just asked me for photos for proof and apologized and about 2 weeks later I got my refund for that add on. For price, quality, and service I recommend you buy from them!
