Ms Bessie was THE BEST!!! Total Sweetheart!!! Wonderful person!!! Actually exceeded my expectations!!! I would have ordered the wrong she'd had it not been for her!!! I bought a lifted Golf Cart and she knew exactly what I needed and delivered me a FANTASTIC SHED!! These Omish sheds are Super Well built!!! Can't say Thank You enough!!! The Rent to own option is awesome too!!! Simply the BEST!!!

Ms Bessie arranged the concrete pad the Baltimore city permit and the delivery of the shed and I am so happy! Outstanding customer service and high quality craftsmanship that will last for years! I definitely recommend this location and High Point Buildings.

I wish they would allow me to give 6 stars. The shed is well built, solid construction and I am extremely happy with everything. Bessie was incredible to work with through the ordering process. She is friendly, patient, and most important not pushy. She had all the answers for my questions and the ordering and payment process was simple. Delivery was handled by Jake and he was awesome. Put the shed exactly on spot and took the time to explain some of how the shed was built and features of it. Very friendly and made sure we were completely happy with the installation before leaving. I highly recommend this company but more importantly this location.

Everyone at every step of the process was amazing to work with!! JJ was so impressive and offered many options for us. She really knew the products and the inventory off the top of her head. We visited other offices and there just was no comparison. Great quality and great service ..and great price!

Kenny (1/5/26) - addressing few items that was written by high point building Yes, we purchased two shed from them. The 1st time we purchased a shed the experience was very pleasant, this time around was the complete opposite. I attached the picture that we provided the sales rep (see date and time) where you can clearly see the fence, in addition the sales rep her self pull up our home on Google with her computer, zoom in, saw the fence and asked if it was still there, we told her yes and she called her delivery guy who was near by, came in person saw the layout and advise the shed could be delivered. So for them to say that they didn’t know about the fence is very concerning. On delivery date the shed was placed in the middle of our lawn, there was a lot of back and forth between us and Bessie with no resolution other than we had to pay an additional $680 to place the shed how we initially agreed to. We asked them to multiple times to take back the shed and it wasn't until we put up a negative review that they finally decided to make good on there end and we still were charged an additional $180. Our overall experience with the delivery guy was extremely unpleasant, we expressed that several times prior to writing the review and nothing was addressed. Not sure where the communication failed but I want to remind you, that you're an established professional business and we're your customers. We look to you for professional recommendations, guidance and advise as you're the expert in shed placement not us. These more to say about our bad experience with this but I'm going to leave it at that, it's just a shame that customer service falls far away from our 1st shed purchase experience. (Original Review) My family and I purchased a shed the end of September. Before purchasing the shed we had shown Bessie pictures of our backyard with measurements. We had concerns of space due to already have another shed in our backyard. Bessie pulled up pictures on her computer from google maps and went over them with us and the delivery guy. They’d both assured my family and I the work could be done. They had just requested for us to remove a few pavers from our neighbors home to make additional space if needed. Bessie had told us they’d deliver the shed the first week of October due to the delivery guy being out. We were contacted by Jacob the second week of October to schedule a time and date for delivery. Jacob arrived to our home with the shed, shortly after walking our backyard he stated he wouldn’t be able to place the shed where we initially agreed with Bessie and him. Jacob told us he would need more space to move around our shed and he was in a rush because he had other deliveries to do. Jacob left our shed in the middle of our backyard hiding all the cameras. Jacob did advise if we had any concerns about the shed placement to contact him at his number. We contacted him, he came out the second time. Still giving us the same answers, how he couldn’t place the shed where we initially asked for but now stating there was a hill in our backyard that would make it hard for him to move around. He left, finding no solution for us. I contacted Bessie the following week informing her of our experience with Jacob. The entire month of October we’ve tried working with the delivery department and Bessie to come with a solution. The solution was to pay the delivery team an additional $680 but my family would have to move the pavers/pebbles and level the shed. Very disappointed with the service they’ve provided us. I wouldn't recommend anyone this business. We were promised the work could get done with no issues. Unfortunately it’s now November and the shed still remains where Jacob left it. Last picture below is where we were promised the shed would go, beside the shed we already had.

My shed was delivered today and I am very pleased with the entire planning and delivery process from start to finish. Kudos to Bessie at High Point Buildings, Glen Burnie office and Jacob, delivery guy. Bessie has provided outstanding customer service and has been patient with answering/addressing my many questions and concerns. I have no complaints and would highly recommend.

The Amish just came 10/10 and built my shed in a few hours. I was so impressed with their work ethic. Some of my neighbors came over to watch and they were so jealous. I want to commend my sales person, Kristen Piscopo, because she was so patient with me during our 3 hour sales meeting with measurements, colors and features. She was so knowledgeable about everything. She recommended that I make my shed a little taller and added two lifts inside for storage. I can thank her enough and High Point. I absolutely love my shed!!! This is a very reputable company and I highly recommend them!

We love our shed, purchased thru Kristin Piscopo, at High Point , in Timonium,Md. We were referred by my cousin who was so pleased with his shed, that he wanted to share his positive experience with us.We are so glad we did. The beauty and quality is just what we wanted. My husband Derek and I have been wanting a shed and we decided to stop by the Gaithersburg location of High Point Buildings. We had been to a few other shed places, but no one had sheds as well made as High Point Buildings. Jose was our sales rep and he was amazing! He made the process so easy for us to design and customize our dream shed- and even better- we took advantage of their rent to own program! I have been sharing with all of my neighbors about how wonderful our experience was, so I wanted to share on here too! 10/10 would recommend!!

The University of Maryland Master Gardener Program worked closely with High Point Buildings for the purchase of a new shed at the fairgrounds. From start to finish the process was seamless. Both Kristen's were fantastic to work with and offered a referral for the demolition and removal of our old shed. Our beautiful new shed was delivered in the pouring down rain and our installer was amazing. We are so pleased with our beautiful new shed.

I purchased a 10 x 16 shed recently and JJ made the process very easy. She is so helpful she made me feel like family. She even was able to connect me with a company to prepare the area where the shed was to be placed. I greatly appreciate her hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction.

A great transaction. I have purchased 2 sheds from them spaced a year apart with the same great service delivered both times. I was able to handle the transaction entirely over the phone with Donna. Delivery and setup was great with Jake (the shed guy). Highly recommended.
