Don’t buy a building from Rob he just a big liar I been trying to get my building moved he tells me I’m on the schedule and I call his driver and he tells me I’m not on schedule try to call rob several times he will not answer his phone so I took off work and drove to his business and he told he would put me down Thursday guess what I wasn’t happy I’m going to call heartland and tell them to come and get it and go somewhere else to get better service

Megan (sales person) was very responsive and helped us purchase a custom sized shed. Also, the delivery was simply outstanding. Very personable and flexible with helping us get our shed in just the right spot. Very pleased with our purchase.

Was buying a 14 x 36 she'd that had a lot of things done like electric, bathroom, walls with insulation. Guy nevered called us to tell us this. These people are liars. Very bad business. Never again.

Horrible to deal with. Megan is out to make that quick dollar. She will try to do what ever it takes to sell a bulding fast. WILL BLOW YOUR PHONE WHILE YOUR AT WORK AND SELL IT BEFORE YOU GET THERE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Can't say enough about the folks here. The process from start to finish was easier than I could have imagined! Made the process of moving my office to free up an extra bedroom a breeze! Prices were the best around! Highly recommend!

Edit:. Bought our second building from the same people.... great deal. Delivered on time and setup as expected.... great job!.. 7/23 /2022 I had a great experience with cotton state barns. Delivered and setup like we planned. No problems whatsoever. We are currently looking at buying another, and I'll definitely look there first.

Customer service sucks

I needed a 10x16’ shed moved from Gardendale to Hanceville. The job was done the next day, no fuss, no muss, bam and it was done! The shed was loaded—they made it look easy even though it was in a tight spot. Unloading it, I was picky about where it was going to go and there was no problem shifting it a foot this way and a foot that way. They settled it where it needed to go, leveled it and they were off!! I highly recommend Rob Fondren to move anything that you need moved!!! He is a good man. Thanks Rob!
