Nice professional business.

I was in the market for a used car for my son, and was a little leery buying from a small dealership. You always hear the horror stories. Craig's has been amazing to deal with and went out of their way several times to help me when they didn't need to. Here are just a few things: 1. There was some loose pieces in the wheel well. AFTER I agreed to buy the car, I asked them about it. They said if you buy the part (they found it and sent me the link), they would put it in for me. I'm not a car guy, so that was a huge help for me. They gladly did this service a couple of weeks later. 2. Keys - they could only find one set of keys. They tried contacting the last owner of the vehicle with no luck. Said they would continue to try. Of course, on the 3rd day we had the car, my son locked the keys inside of it. I called down to Craig's on the off chance they had found keys, but they hadn't. They offered to come and open the car for me! Which they did that same day. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have asked for money, but I payed them to do that. Again, another headache off of me. 3. Title work - I had some issues with the paperwork on the title, and Craig gladly helped me through it so I could get the title. 4. Keys Chapter 2 - Several months after I bought the car, I get a text message. "Hey we found that extra set of keys for your Accord." Turns out the old owner found it in his golf bag and brought it in. These guys were honest, no bull, and just genuinely helped me out.

Great experience! Craig helped me get into an economical hybrid at a great price. People need to exercise their own due diligence when purchasing a used vehicle as well and take into account what they are purchasing and take the proper steps to protect themselves and their money when making financial decisions. A good salesman like Craig will go out of their way to ensure you walk away feeling comfortable. Even after servicing the vehicle himself, he was still kind enough to take the vehicle to a third party for presale inspection and I was able to contact that mechanic myself for a full report on the vehicle in order to make sure I was confident in the vehicle’s condition if I decided to purchase. 10/10 would recommend Craig to anyone looking for an affordable ride.

Terrible experience. My daughter made the mistake of buying her first car from this place. Lemon doesn’t even begin to describe the nightmare that car has been. The worst part is that because it was financed. We are stuck spending thousands upon thousands of dollars to repair this piece of junk. Some of the problems began immediately, but within a week they had piled up to the extent that we are considering cutting our losses with the bank. Everybody but Craig’s car care loses.

Vehicle had multiple problems shortly after purchasing and engine seized up after 3 month.
