They don’t care whether or not you have an account they harass people and put stuff on your vehicles and try to place them inside it while it’s locked. Call the store and they don’t care they try to act stupid even after tell them that have security cameras proving it. Told them I don’t have an account with them never have yet they care cuz a previous person used my address as a place that doesn’t live here but they still show up and harass regardless

I ordered a Whirlpool range in November of 2023 and paid the first week's rental. The site showed it as in stock; however, the store told me it was on order and I would receive it in about 10 days. 10 days passed and I called again. I was told I should receive it before Christmas. Today is August 31, 2024 and the order still shows as Pending and I've never received the item nor had my first week's rental returned. I'm hoping to try again with better luck for the holiday season that is coming up, as I am still in need of a new range.

Was not pleased, to have a employee, drive up to my property and start talking about how I was delinquent for 6days on my acct, when I had to interrupt them and, tell them I'm not my son. So I returned my Sony PlayStation because of there arrogant rudeness, and canceled my contact with this company.

Tool awhile to get the agreement going due to the salesman messaging once them radio silence for 2-3 days. Once complete it was 3 days for my item to be delivered. Inky really irritating thing is that if u haven't made my payment by 2pm the day its due, I get a call by 5pm saying it's late. I guess they run by their own definition of "later. Otger than that it's not a bad place. Do the 5/6 months same as cash. Saves alot of $.

You only get 1 star because that’s the lowest option available. Unprofessional, discourteous, tasteless, impudent, and just down right ill-mannered. I’m speaking directly of the manager, Andrew and the female staff member, Felicia, I don’t know how these people have jobs. As a business owner and long time manager of several business myself, your ignorance and lack of maturity toward me as a customer and as a human being in general, truly showed today. Put on a smiling face and friendly act if it makes you feel better about yourself, but my voicemails and recordings of your unprofessional conversations speak for themselves. 7 Days behind on a payment because I’ve been ill, in bed and without a voice for a week and a half and get treated like a thief over a couch lol..seriously! So much for trying to support your local store. You may have other customers, but you’ve lost my business and that’s unfortunate for your company.
