Ok so the TV costed 950 ish when I out it in my cart, had it for about a month and a half. That's a minimum of 300+ USD paid, now on the phone they told me to finish the payments it's over 1k...even if there was a penalty, I fail how 950-300= 1000 dollars. Do not do business with these people if you like honesty and non scams. Reported to BBB and to Co state scam and fraud office. Keep your TV and the 300! I hate liars! That's all these guys are, especially CJ's weak self.

if I could give less than 1 star i would. We moved our account here after moving to the valley. the 1st month alone they took over 700.00 for 2 item. Then I fell ill and my husband is now caring for me at home. Chris the manager at first worked with us. we have spent over 12k. The receipts I have show that they over charge, So I contacted Corp offices to resolve, spoke with the Corp manager and said to meet with the store manager and he was not going to be in attendance. They called today demanding that we pay them. I didn't show up to our meeting cause my health is failing. Chris the manager said he doesn't give a shit. we have been giving them what we can... and he said he doesn't give a shit. They are a rip off and rude as all hell. I called Corp and filed yet another complaint. UPDATE They took 208.01 on 6/7/25 I'm still waiting for the general manager to call. I called and called no response. We did NOT sign a contract for them to take out money on auto pay. This place is a scam! They took the money without a autopay contract. Contacted and contacted and now they won't even take a payment or allow me to record the conversation. A simple Google search show its legal in colorado

I was able to search for my product online with ease, along with getting the process started as well. Afterward, I went into the store later that day and was able to quickly pickup my product after finalizing paperwork. I was only in the store for a short time, but Chris and his team did great!

This store is great. I feel like I've been with them a long time. Yes you pay more in the long run but when you don't have all the funds up front this store helps you get what you want for a low monthly or bi weekly price and Chris is Awesome. They all are helpful and I appreciate them.

2 stars, because there is one avenue I have not tried yet, so there is still a chance to resolve this. I have tried, several times, to get my current card changed for autopay, but the website won't remove the old one. I am also getting charged on an account that is no longer authorized. When I tried to get it resolved through the website, I first had to go through the automated system (fair enough, and to be expected in day and age). Then I was transferred to someone, but said they couldn't help me and said I ha to be transferred to another department. What was the point of the automated system if I had to be transferred twice? I was in the middle of he second transfer when they disconnected me. And now there is no chat bubble to try to get this resolved. The only way to contact customer service for help is to e-mail my local store, or call a customer service. Why can't I just e-mail the customer service? I am going to go down to my local store to see what they can do.
