He was so genuine and down to Earth and made us so happy to do buissnes with them! We truly appreciate Dan's help and kindness. YOU ROCK LORD DAN!! Its also cool to learn all of the many perks that come with Aarons that we didnt know before 😊🙌😁 we are excited for our new LG washer and dryer set coming Wednesday!!!! Purchase a washer and dryer a few months ago I Was making my payments on time and Was for the most part happy. Well some very unexpected serious health issues occured Which ended up causing me to be admitted into the hospital. Staff ended up calling me harassing me to give them detail exactly what was going on demanding me to tell them when I would be expected to be home. At this time I was very upset and not feeling well at all but Staff acted like I was enjoying being in the hospital. As we all know, it's never known when someone is being released from the hospital until about 24 hours ahead Of discharge. Once I was released from the hospital I Called and communicated that I was finally home. I told them I would try my hardest to get into Is the store to make a payment ASAP. Well not even 36 hrs after being released form the hospital I was rushed back to the hospital.Things got worse and went septic. Staff proceeded to call and was so rude and inconsiderate and basically thought I was only telling them lies. It was so crazy that they think that there washer dryer set was that more important where I could make something up being that serious He claimed to be the store manager And told me we all have problems we are dealing with and He would just see me in court .Woooow so very Unprofessional

We've done business off and on for many years and have had mixed results with various locations. Never have I had payment issues until this location. We were set up on weekly payments until I changed employers and requested bi-weekly payments. The day of the week never changed, only the frequency. Each deduction has been a day early but this one was 2 days early and resulted in an overdraft on my bill account. The payment is covered, with a fee, but I did not authorize an early deduction. When I called to inquire I was advised my deductions were set up like this and I approved via text. I asked which number was used and it wasn't even a number belonging to me or my authorized user on my account. I'll be paying the account off in full and closing it immediately but caution others about my experience before they disclose their bank info to them.

I purchased the Brixley Pier Laf Corner Chaise.It was a great price.Mark was the manager who contacted me about a text I had left inquiring about some items.Very curtious and professional.Extremely friendly.Mark made the best available option in price and was very patient.

Didn't bring the right washer and dryer. It took them 2 days. No lint trap. Used ones that don't work right. Just came and looked at them. Very unprofessional. Talked bad about me. Didn't honor the ones we talked about. What happened to Integrity. My lady was in the shower. Dude. Seen her naked. They didn't call me ahead of time. To confirm. She was trying to get dressed and he was knocking at the door. After she told him. She need a few mins. Can't wash clothes. With This set. They said all there washer and dryers our display models. We just wanted some new ones. Got some they tried to pawn off.
