Rent-A-Center

I had an Amazon package outside and our neighbor saw a rent a center guy cut open the package and proceeded to looked inside the box and left luckily all the items where there Rent a center was notified

These people don’t know what they are doing! Called the manager about a charge after they picked up the furniture. She didn’t want to listen to me so she hung up. Worst customer service ever!! Don’t waste your money renting from them!

This is the best Rent-A-Center I have ever been to. Mike the manager is an amazing guy. And Amy is an amazing lady they try to make sure you get exactly what you want and at very affordable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

First the stores address is at a different location, it’s a little further down on Main Street. I went in there to rent a TV from them. Didn’t come with a remote so they had to take it from another one. Finding another one took fifteen minutes. Had the tv for a few months before it cut out. Talk to the manager and she said it could be sent off to service. Brought the tv in and waited nearly a month and a half to get it sent in. Every time I called in she kept saying some excuse as to why it wasn’t sent in and that it’ll be on the truck next week. Got the tv back and still didn’t work. I canceled my contract with them and returned the tv. The customer service was horrible and I mean horrible! I don’t understand how lazy you have to be to not put a tv on truck or do whatever they have to do and then it takes a month to fix it?! Oh and on the day you’re due, they harass you until you pay. Not even a day late and I’m getting my phone blown up by these slacked jaw mouth breathers. I went out to bestbuy and bought one for way less than what rent a center was asking for! Don’t shop here, save you’re money and use it at a place that really appreciates your business.
