Shity place to deal with the management has a nasty attitude and is extremely disrespectful thrown my tv remote across my front room with my son in my house DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Tried to give this place zero stars but can’t!! The Fort Morgan,CO Aaron’s is rude and very disrespectful. I order a washer and dryer on April 19th 2023 and here we are on may 4th 2023 and still have not received my order. I called store and was polite and was told that they were going to cancel my order because I was so called “threatening” I have talked to the regional manager and he was even more rude saying once again I was “threatening “ him. I never not once threatened these people. They do not like to be held account for their actions. This store is no good DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

They have no clue what they are doing. The "Managers" can't even update a simple file. I never miss a payment yet they still harass you for their faults in not updating a file. Need to find better mangment when I first started my leases in about February or March 2021 the manger then was good and polite.

I bought new washer & dryer from these guys,If I had even a tiny problem,they took care of it, if I wasn't happy with something,they worked with me until I was completely satisfied. So last night I got my rocker/recliner/massage chair, so thrilled that I got it. Even had to change my mattress type,I had a memory foam mattress and it started to cause more pain in my back ,so for around same price got the Hybrid mattress,had one of the greatest nights sleep I've had in many years.. Thank you guys!! I will stay a repeat customer.
