I love the staff here, they're very helpful. I've been renting to own with them for a year and a half and they've helped me the best that they can all the time and I'm almost done paying off my washer and dryer.. it's not hard to pay $100 a month or every week, you just gotta commit to it. Simple as that!!!!!! And you get brand new stuff, can't go wrong with that!
I don't understand why so many negativity. I have been a customer for a very long time from no job they still gave me extension to pay a week later. With a job now i still pay it off in time. How ever before those 90 days if you don't pay it in time your stuck for 2 years. Other than that they have been good to me
Well I'm going through some credit consolidation and I've been renting and walleye paid off some of my credits accounts and oh please do try Rent-A-Center is one of the best furniture entertainment and they have also washing machines and have sofas try it on in my hope especially when you're doing your consolidation with your credit go help thank you
Customer service is great in the beginning, which is about all I can say for this company (particularly this location). If you can't afford to purchase your item in full, please don't rent it here! Should something happen with your pay (like mine did... and I have a government job) they are not willing to work with you. They don't have a grace period to allow you to catch up, and they WILL send people to your house to collect a payment, even if you express to them that you are having financial trouble. The way they handle financial hardships will make you feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Agains, if you can't afford to pay for it in full, don't get your item here.
