Never responded to messages trying to get pricing and no response horrible communication. Try rent to own better company

I will never ever rent here again! They had me paying for a washer that I didn't phisally have in my apartment. Yes I was paying it monthly for about two years but the washer machine went out and they couldn't fix it I asked for another one they said no because of the infestation of bugs . That's not my fault 😡 the bugs were already there when I moved in and I keep my clean and sprayed housing authority doesn't want to nothing. Anyway I still had to pay monthly on a washer I didn't have smh. What a waste of money. I only get paid once a month and now I have to go to the laundry mat and pay 8$ for the big washers . I'm just glad I don't have to deal with them anymore. 😊

Well based on the fact that you have to have credit, I'm not even gonna try. Some of us poor people don't have credit but we have jobs and can afford a monthly payment. So I'm not even gonna waste my time trying to rent a dryer. We haven't had a dryer in a few years now and I'm literally desperate for one. Oh well I guess it's only the wealthy that can afford to build credit.

I take a friend there every month so he can drop off his payment. The people there are real nice & very helpful. They make everything very easy. It took longer for my friend to pick out what he wanted, than for the person helping my friend with payments. $100/month for a great T.V. Would recommend to anyone who wants things done simple. KUDDOS!
