They will harass you on the day your payment is due and call your phone non stop if you don’t make the payment . They won’t even let a day pass before they show up at your door . This place is not respectful at all to it’s customers and even at the very end of your agreement they come knocking on your door for there last $30 dollars . Avoid this headache at all costs .
Once you are done paying for an item you are on your own. If something goes wrong with it they will not help you. They won't even talk to you. Good luck!!!
I really appreciate all the help the staff has given me looking for my perfect sectional couches. Especially Brenda with being so patient and professional with me, when I was calling back and forth with information with a new couch I found l, I finally found the one I love and just got delivered today. The deliver drivers were also very professional and kind and set up everything quickly as well. I am 100% stafisfied with this purchase.
The store manager was very rude to my husband i have been a customer for ovee 20 years 14 years at this location. I asked for help this one specific time due to my husband having covid. And she was very rude if u look atbmy statements my payment is taken out every week ontime
